Thank you for choosing Southern Monograms and More to make your high end custom tumbler! We strive to make each tumbler unique and to your liking! Each tumbler is coated in FDA approved epoxy and can with stand temps up to 500 degrees. Each tumbler will come with care instructions placed on the bottom of each cup. We recommend treating each tumbler with care. Do not drop or put in the dishwasher. Each cup is one of kind, handmade double wall stainless steel tumbler, All tumblers are MADE TO ORDER unless other wise stated. Turn around time is approximately 12-15 weeks per EACH CUP.  I make each and every cup by hand so none of them are ever the same. Due to making them by hand there may be small imperfections which are expected INCLUDING small specks of glitter in non glittered cups. I will contact you if there are any delays. PLEASE do not message us asking the status on your cup if your still within the est. turnaround time frame. I have the right to cancel your order at anytime if needed. Some designs only work on certain cups. If the option for the cup is not under the cup design... that means the design does not work with that tumbler. Each tumbler comes with a straw and lid!
